No urges yesterday, and I'm just feeling so much less strain in my life.

Ready to live one more day with better disposition and more time for God and others. 4/7 And we will continue!

Day1 completed. Had little but if urges but listed to some music and gone. Feels good. Don't feel too tired than I usually do

 

Nobody expected us all to make it to 7 Days without a single relapse!
Of course, some people can do it but not all.
It is important to not give up! Get up and get going!

 

I'm in this will be my very first nofap challenge wish me luck!! It's day 0 for me

 

Before I wrote my daily report I have a little suggestion for the people who are already clean for XX Days but still want to do this challenge.
For example, if you are 23 Days Free and you just wanted to join this challenge and make it to 30 days, you can write something like this Day 1 (Total 23 Days)

As for me...
Day 3 - Like I wrote before, this thread gives me a sense of commitment and that is a huge motivator for me.
From my current point of view, I can easily see myself completing this challenge and moving onto 14 Days Challenge.
However, having years of experience with this stuff I know how things can change in the instant. One moment you feel like you will never ever relapse, 2 hours latter your streak is gone!
We have to be extra vigilant and never let our guards down, a moment of weaknesses and we are back at the Day 0.

 

I's my third day and I'm still clean!

Almost my second day clean, didn't manage to pay my visit yesterday. So here it is.
