It took 4 interruptions... And a fight... But we finished the Sunday Sit Down.... And I got cuddles<3
Which I've been waiting for.
Not Cuddle Nights cuddles... Real I miss you all week cuddles.
I need cuddles.
So I ended up kicking the kids outside to play so we could watch a movie.
For more cuddling.
Even tho it's 80` here.
Who cares?

 

Self-care is really important for partners of sex addicts and I'm trying to make small steps in self-care. Healthy, home-cooked food is something I need to focus on. I made steel-cut oatmeal with fresh peaches, cinnamon, nutmeg & honey today. Enough in the fridge for a few breakfasts.

Oh - eating a little healthy breakfast is on my self-care list too. Sometimes I don't eat until 2-3 pm, and that isn't good for my body.

 

Me too. I asked for snuggling this morning. Then I started to think of how to combine cuddle and snuggle. Snuddle?

I had a massage and I saw my chiropractor. Cuddled dog, does that count? LOL

Also, shared love with 3 cats and one senior Bulldog at my massage therapist's home. I massaged them a bit. Her pets are so lovely.

Today I went to the chiropractor and the gym.

 

Minus the ones you can't visit we've been to almost all over the years. Still need to see Molokai. As you can tell, we love visiting the state! What's you're fave?

-Received some great free samples
-Was given candy
-Had some schedule changes which freed up some time

A day of "free" is always nice!

 

Yesterday... I bought paint.
Don't need it and Should be saving right now....
But I painted the kitchen and the bathroom.
It's nice.
It's been, I don't even know how long, since I lived in a house with color.

 

New color is always a great way to brighten one's day! I find there's something so refreshing about it even if the color itself is dark or neutral.

Took a nice, long shower!
