Cold showers with a cold?

    No you should not. Cold showers weaken your immune system.
    If you have a fever and take a cold shower, You can die.

    There is a study which stated that had two groups, one took cold showers(group a) one didnt (group b). They both got frequently as sick/ill however group a recovered a lot faster, search something like this up and it will help.

    am141 is right, do what feels best.
