Trying to give excuses, empathy towards others, not to take misjudges or misconceptions and possible misunderstandings for guaranteed behavior of others towards you or other beings, is a way of understanding.

I beg to differ. The root of our problems is found in human nature--selfishness, greed, idolatry, lust, deceit, malice, envy, pride--these are all far, far, far greater contributors to our problems than misinterpreted communication.
