Constantly relapsing at work (possible triggers!)

Hi y'all! I'm trying to last at least a week on NoFap, but since I started working there are two issues that prevent me from lasting longer than 3-4 days:

1. For no reason I often get a hard on while taking a dump in the stall at work. I find myself having to distract myself with images of ugly things, but it doesn't work. The only way to go limp is to jerk off there and then lol. I have too high libido so once I am hard it's hard to go flaccid...Often the sexual thoughts appear after the boner, not before haha But in general I have very high sexual energy it seems as sometimes I feel like I will explode and cum hands-free haha when I do exercises. I even noticed I start to smell like an animal down there haha (sorry for TMI) despite showering.

2. The stalls at work are full of dried cum trails. I'm straight and I don't find it hot, but disgusting. Yet it somehow sends the message to me "If so many guys wank here, then it's perfectly fine". The thing is I can't go and complain to maintenance as this issue is present on EVERY floor of the building (10 floors) I've been to and I'll look like a fool. They might even think I am the one doing it (it is not a single guy apparently, as it's on EVERY fin floor in this building, all different companies, one day I checked!)
Seriously, it seems like here people really like to jerk off a lot and for whatever reason they are very eager to show what they did to others (it's a somewhat sexually modest society IMO). When you sit you see dried cum everywhere, yuck! Doors, walls, even sometimes on the sits themselves or the door handles...

So tell me how to handle this and to prevent relapse? I tried using a string on my wrist for when getting those boners but it only works sometimes. I think taking a dump triggers some muscle or sth as even at home sometimes it happens. I get many many boners the more I abstain. As you know maybe walking around with a hard on at work might be inappropriate.

Would you complain about the dirtiness of the facilities? Like what can they do about jerks (pun intended) who do this except for installing security cameras in the stalls (people will be outraged)?
