Already in for 2 days. Gonna be 30 days. I'm in it because i know how awesome it feels when i'm away from PMO. Serious this time. Promise made!

I am joining too, I love the way this forum works, I love the community.

 

I'm going hard mode-- PMO ↓
Working out, cold showers (bond) ↑
Also do cleanse (complete with MiraLax), address my long list of to dos in my head by getting them on paper--then DO THEM!

A bunch more energy and time when I stay away from PMO so I anticipate getting a lot of terminable projects out of the way in order to clear my time for more fun things:
Write, practice drums, learn keys, fix my R/C sailboat, get better at InDesign, learn more about my DSLR...etc.

 

Here its me. September is done, and it did get hard towards the end (sorry), but I'll soldier on. No PMO October!

I've enrolled myself in countless challenges much like this one, I always wind up relapsing. Not this month. I want to be completely PMO free for the next 90 days, I can do this, I can't keep putting it off.

 

I would like to take a moment to say that I applaud everyone who is putting forth the effort to stop pmo for this challenge. Even if it is only temporary. You are still putting forth the effort and giving it a shot. For that, I say "Well done." Even if you fail, you still have accomplished more than many do. Best of luck to everyone, I hope to see a bunch of new threads in the "success stories" section in November.

 

I'm committing to no P for the month of October. I've been on this journey for some time now, and by God's grace I will continue it through October.
