relapsed at day 8 so i will start it all over but with higher goals because i got waaay too proud with the 7 day challange lol. Day 0 again
Count me in. Got 16 days a few weeks ago, but since then it's been mainly one day off, then binging the next. This will be Day 1.
Well, since we’re doing the other challenges might as well do this as well! Day 0/30 Gonna be weird having one challenge lacking a day to the others.
Day 2. Just recovering from last relapse. I've noticed that , hormonal, the recovery is quicker if during the day I keep my mind clean of sexual thoughts
