My personal opinion is, that it is absolutely okay. You´re life, you know what works for you.

What is your plan for coping with urges? I find distraction helps me a lot. Anything I can do that will keep my mind occupied. A long walk, go to the gym, do something that needs to get done, you get the idea, it just has to be something that works for you.

Try to learn from a setback, think about what you could do next time to get past it, then see how it goes and re-evaluate the plan. The problem with doing the same thing over and over again is the result will likely be the same each time.

I wanna try this... help me make it happen...
Over many years PMO gave me a temporary relief and has become a distraction most times when I feel really stressed or just bored... the kinks just grew when normal porn became vanilla... So I'm depending on someone here to help to at least try to kick the habit...
