I used to M a few times a day because the act made me feel so fucking good, but aftermath was a different story. my avarage was two times per day. i am 44 days abstinent now. that means in this time i would have fapped 88 times.

 

Never cared to keep count kumar, but 5-6 times would be my limit, I think. That would be during a binge and would happen a few days in a row before it became to painful to do it anymore.

This wold be the only time I would take a break from fapping for more than a day. Either that or because I completely drained my libido and just didn't care to anymore.
