    Today in gym chick took my headphones from my ears to tell me how she lost 10 kgs and asking me some weird personal question i was bit freaked out about situation felt like she's gonna rape me or something, lmao... this never happened before PMO even I'm quite jacked guy.     And.... I think I was flatlining after first week till today, I felt rly low past two weeks, negative thoughts, frequent urination, headaches, night sweats and now everything is back to normal... I feel rly good and energetic... I'm not planning fapping or watching porn any time soon. I'm so grateful that I found this forum, learned a lot from ya guy's! Thank you.
