[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Endof day 5! I was at work all day, and as always I have an urge after work being at home. But it's barely there today? I feel like it's getting easier..

 

Day 6:
I am still fighting, it isn't easy at all but so far I am a good fighter.
Almost there to achieve my first objective.

 

any benefits so bar? I think I'm finally noticing the energy

Hi everybody,

Its my first day. i just joined the 7 days challenge. i've been in the 21 day challenge but yesterday i figured it that its really hard to start 21 day challenge at first. so i'm starting from the start to get a better grip on my will power.
Need support & help to focus on my goals.

My 4th day has just started. And it´s a shity one. The bright side is that I am able to see my demons more clearly now. Before this challenge I just pushed them under the surface with porn and games. Now I have to acknowledge them and fight them which is not easy. The difficult part is I cannot to tell anybody, so they are a bit confused why I´m suddenly so crabby. But it´s great to have at least you, guys, to confide. Thank you.

Friends and partners are great help in hard times. they are the best Panic Buttons on the time of attacks. they can give you suggestion or even just a good talk will let you out of urges.
i hope i can also find one soon.

I'm in. Thinking 7 days might be too short for me, but not taking any chances, and starting here.

 

Day 5. Two more days and then the reward. Not the usual reward I would give myself, but the satisfaction of having accomplished something--the reward of a clean conscience and a pure heart.
