I'm in . It's my first day here in the community and feeling optimistic about it.

 

It's really hard to start again at zero, but you have to continue.
Eventually you would be able to do it.
I have been there a lot and hoping that I can pull this challenge. I have actually tried stopping a lot in the past (I have been into PMO for about 6 years) and hoping to get it to an end.

Sorry about talking so much but I know how you feel and appreciate that you share your experience with us.

 

Look around a bit and learn from those who have been through this. Be honest with us an let us encourage and challenge you. You can do this!

was at school in the morning, got home in the afternoons. ate and played some video games. i slept and woke up to study, after studding watched a soccer game.

Woo! I did it! Day 14! Next, day 30.

 

Day 14/14————nope. M&O but no P, and that’s a huge accomplishment for me. I didn’t actually have any desire to watch porn and I still don’t I was just flirting very suggestively with a girl who I’m going to be seeing in coming weeks. Counter reset to day 1, but I’m not even remotely depressed about it. Not having an interest in porn is a big deal for me.
