    Today I’m not going to use Porn, masterbate or orgasm as I’ve rewired my brain in a really negative way. Dopamine levels are low, my mood is low and fluctuating like mad as my porn drained brain needs time to cleverly rewires and reboots. I relapsed once at 46 days. It’s not happening again in this lifetime!!

    Today, I almost relapsed (still not gonna fuckin' relapse, anyway). I will do the same thing tomorrow because...
    I miss that morning wood back in the days when I wasn't addicted.
