The first days you get sometimes the "chaser effect", with more and worse cravings for p because your brain needs dopamine. It will lessen the next days, so keep going !
Liftoff is almost the most difficult ! Stay strong ok ?

Made it to Day 10/21. Stay strong and optimistic.

Day 3 done..... urges r making me weak....almost relapsed thinking i shdnt starve myself of my physical needs bt somehow survived as i went out for a walk....

Day 17/21: I feel very good today, my journey is ongoing for 40 days today, i am thankful and humble, but also proud to get here !
