At such times, I had to motivate my self by watching videos on benefits of NoFap. I started to going to places of worship on the weekends. It was tough but I figured some way to deal with it.

I also want to share that some very normal videos can trigger you towards porn use. I started watching a T V series where one of the male character is sexually promiscuous. Although there was no nudity in the show the idea of a guy having many sexual relationships was enough to trigger. My another vulnerable point was when I started watching some educational videos about sex. Like how to do x, y and z to/with your partner. Again no nudity was involved but creates more fantasies, I think these are ways your sub-conscious mind can trick you into porn use.

My learning is that 'at least for the first 90 days', the key is not in creating the ability to handle these urges. But it is not putting your self to a position where you get these urges. If you notice that you doing something is making you want to PMO, then don't do it. Staying alone in weekends is a good example. It is not that you stay alone and try to control your urges. It is you avoid staying alone so that you don't let the urges raise or get stronger. I feel that this theory would work at least in the first 90 days.

I look forward to post another note after 180 days.

Today my 4th day...successful but i'm thinking abt my last 10 years sin of PMO,i still don't have job this is the main reason for PMO, everytime i'm alone but i have lot of subjects to study for my first job ,but only few hours(hardly 2hrs) i can study and about 6hours only porn related contents but from last 4 days things changed started spend more time on my studies and some movies(no nudity or sex related,if there i will skip that content), i observed great change my life style- fresh everyday,good memory and all.I'am 24 and completed my Engineering graduation but i not able get job,this failure becoz of only PMO,i still thinking of my school days where i very good at my memory,thinking and my studies, but these 10 years will ruins my whole life and i think i will never recover by this sin.Every time i think this is all bad and trying to leave this habit but fails.But this time i will definitely win becoz i realize the whole thing and bad effects of that PMO.

I am on 74 day of nofap hardmode and this is my first attempt without any relapse.
Its good to see you improving and congrats for reaching 90 days of this glory.
Listening each others story surely give hopes.

Understand, I dont hang out with a lot of my friends either. I'm alone most of the weekend. I go out to temple/church one day and the other day I just relax and eat out alone or with friends. The longer the streak easier is the abstaining
