Day8, no time for it. Had a busy schedule, so couldn't give much time to it, may god bless me with such a tight schedule. #CHALLENGE_21DAYS, Cold shower everyday!!

 

Tight schedule does help, especially in the early days of trying to break an old habit and start a new one.

 

Day 14/21. Marching forward,no looking back.

I keep thinking of PMO but I was able to tell myself I don't need it and I will survive without it.
