How can I block the porn in my PC?

 

I'm not an expert on that. Hopefully someone else will respond to this.

 

You should download an parentalcontrol soft. Ask someone to chose a password you won't find and I think it could be good to stop watching porn because everytime you will have an urge you would have to delete the soft to access to something. I am currently trying this, can't really tell if it will really work cause it's my first day without PMO but I have good hopes...

 

Day 3/21

 

Day 8! I now know that it is really important to be alert when you feel the urges. It means you likely intend to find something high.
And I want a clear weekend. Two days without any porn watching which have not been accomplished before!

 

I'm in. I'm not resetting my counter but I'l do my best to go PMO free for the next 21 days. Its part of my goal anyway. This is Day 1.
