***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

Today I am grateful for:
1. Having a nice party with my friends
2. The body I built and still building which starts to inspire my entourage to live a healthier life.
3. Doing good art at my job

 

I’m grateful for apples, and pretty much food in general, it’s really good.
I’m grateful for my friends.
I’m grateful for sleep ugh it’s late.

 

1. I'm grateful that i can call and hear my moms everyday.
2. I'm grateful that i have lovely wife.
3. I'm grateful that i found this community.

 

I am grateful for the weekend, i really needed that sleep
I am grateful for the life i'm leading, i'm very lucky
I am grateful for NoFap, it changes my life everyday for the better

 

What I'm Thankful For​

Day 11 of 30

1. I'm grateful for the love of my 2yo niece. She's the greatest source of happiness in my life.
2. I'm grateful that me and my classmates actually managed to coordinate in doing something.
3. I'm grateful that I've an awesome friend who I can talk about almost anything.

 

Day 5
1. Grateful for the proress Im making in my work and in life
2. Grateful for awareness of anxiety
3. Grateful for internet a lot, for knowledge and opportunities it provides
4. The awesome poridge with berries
5. Grateful for the cold water so I can take cold ahowers and say woohoo!

 

Day 8

I am grateful for completing the 7 Days Challenge, it's hard.
I am grateful for having an opportunity to play Badminton with my friends.
I am grateful for God that I can hold my anger and frustrations a few hours ago when I usually just go rage and throwing tantrum everywhere.

 

I am grateful for following things today:

1. For conquering another day!
2. For having an awesome breakfast and an awesome dinner!
3. For my friends and for my family!
4. For having a really good gym session! I loved it!
5. For my diet. It is over after one week, then I will start my "transition" phase for one week and then I will eat, every day in a small surplus!
6. For the internet!
7. For my healthy lifestyle. Loving it!+
8. For having good days!

2. I’m grateful that my home town is a safe place to live.

1. I'm grateful that I've gotten the closer to God in recent months.
2. I'm grateful that I feel much better about myself, my self esteem and my looks.
3. I'm grateful that I've parents who want what's best for me and want me to be happy.

 

I am grateful for my eyes, they allow me to see all the beautiful people and things around me
I am grateful for my warm home, it's snowing outside
I am grateful for my favorite music in my car, it keeps me happy on the road

 

I am grateful for my TV, I can watch football without hassle.
I am grateful for my conscience, who made me realize that God is still kind and caring of me, even when mostly I spend my time doing mess up things.
I am grateful for ever single one on this forum, I love you all.
