[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

I've done the 7 day Challenge once, but that's it and haven't been able to hit 7 again in some time. I haven't been on here too often lately, but I'm on day 5. I haven't posted every day, but that's irrelevant right now, I've already done it. I just wanna hit 7 days again and continue on. Making progress one day at a time. Stay strong, my brothers and sisters.

 

Day2: had cold shower...feeling confident. Anxiety stress reduced to bare minimum enjoying simple things...

 

I'm probably on day 4 right now, not seeing my counter. But anyways, up and ahead!

Lmark, you've gotta make the "at" symbol, followed by the person's name you're trying to tag, (no space afterwards ). For instance, @Lmark491

Just click "Update Day Counter" on the menu and it'll show you the date and time you started just above the part where it would ask you to reset. Hope that helped, brother.

 

Hello good people! I am so excited to have found this outlet of support for this addiction. I can remember feeling that I am the ONLY one that has to be dealing with the hopelessness of living with this addiction, even though intellectually I knew that I couldn't be the only one. I just had a MO situation (am I using that terminology correctly?) last night around 1am, and I am determined to get past this horrible behavior, as Jehovah God is my witness! I thank you all for the support and strength that you are showing in fighting this fight. Please stay STRONG!!
