Day 48 check in - sorry I have had challenges in the last week.
My wife has told me that our marriage is over, that she will take the kids away from me.
I was pretty sick for the last week too, and with Christmas it has been challenging. But, we are on the other side of it now - I just have New Year's to get by.
Still going on strong with NoFap. It's all good - 1 day away from my record...
