    Ok so it is not much of a milestone and I have done better for sure not never counted it before so I am going to celebrate anything I can right now. Feel physically better (although that could be down to being healthier too). Still finding separation hard but need to keep pushing on, no P! Other improvements can come if I believe in myself and love myself first.
