Shodaivienni, I can relate extremely well with how your brother is. My brother is like smoking. He thinks it’s easy not to think about something that you take a little pleasure in, but there’s more to it than pleasure. I knew that before nofap. Women, particular my mother, can easily be just like that with sex - or anything sexual. I’m not trying to be sexist, I’m sure my biological father would be the same(in fact I’m confident to say that I know he would be), we cut each other off.

  2. Have you considered trying to connect with an accountability partner? You mentioned chatting with a “crush” helped you to get your mind off PMO. But what about just being able to chat with another human who is going through the same thing you are? Sometimes it’s helpful to just to be able to talk to someone.

You’re young, and I admire your willingness to try to beat this habit early on. I’m nearly twice your age, and how I wish I would have had the courage to do what you’re doing at 15. Keep it up!

My suggestion, besides finding a good AP or two, would be to find a new hobby. Learn a new skill. Do you enjoy music? Learn to play an instrument. Pour all your energy into it. A big part of beating PMO addiction, in my opinion, is finding other more productive avenues to pour our sexual energy into.

For example, I have decided this year to learn how to garden. I have never done it before, but I am excited to learn. I know that it will help me to have something new to put my energy towards.

    Best of luck!

I think you need to get out of the comfort zone. The comfort zone here is to lay down and fantasize and delay your work. You need to think of something you usually hate to do. Or even force yourself to do something usually very boring but important like exercise, learn new things etc. Going for a walk is an example. Force yourself to socialize also (my hardest thing to do as I'm very introverted)

  4. Meditate every day to train discipline in your mind and reduce fantasizing.
Take cold showers when you get urges
Exercise, even if all you do is go for a walk.
    Be careful on social media.
Avoid websites that provide triggers in ads, and give feedback to the advertisers to remove ads that trigger you.
Contact an accountability partner like lootcraitsystem said.
Doing all these things every day will help you to start down a new path in life.

Thanks for the advices & feedbacks everyone. For the past 3 days I've tried my best to stay out of home and learn how to ride a bike, something that I've never had an opportunity to do since I was a little. And guess what, I literally had no urges at all whatsoever. In the morning I came to school, then straight to my friend's house, then went back home at night to study my school lessons further. By the end of the day I practically got no more energy to do anything else so I could easily slept. I think I may just have to preserve the momentum I'm having right now.

so basically your fam won't back you up huh? If that's so then I could imagine how difficult it is to find someone else close to you that you can rely on regarding this situation.

Never got the opportunity to ride one yo. My whole life in a nutshell is just laying down on my bed at home, playing video games, youtube stuffs, then sloppily play my guitar (something I really got into these past 2 years), and study study & a lot of study.
