Yes it’s on record.
They create dark web snares, host content so that visitors can be tracked and traced.
They don’t create content. But they link and upload seized content. It has direct link to anyone who uses said content.

 

You can easily access the dark Web on Android, but nobody should. All there is are scams, disturbing/gory videos and CP.
