Day 1: Challenge accepted. Perhaps holding myself accountable publicly will help me reach actual 30 days. Just reset yesterday with 27 days knocked out, caused by carelessness. Here we go guys

    Day 3 done.

@hiitsme Do you see how you have two contradicting beliefs about yourself? You don't hate yourself, yet you hate yourself. I understand that you don't hate everything about yourself, but you hate an essential part of yourself. I've been there, there was a long time, where I wanted to last 24 hours, yet I relapsed before I went to bed. Every single day.

You need to let go of that negative voice in your head that tells you, that you are weak. I know that this voice is giving you examples of the past to prove to you that it is true, that you are weak. This way it creates a narrative. The next time porn comes up, that voice tells you: you are weak, you are going to give in anyway. Fuck that voice. You are not weak, you are not pathetic. You happen to be someone, who has made watching porn a habit, and you want to get rid of this habit. Stop judging yourself so much. Stop judging yourself on the basis of how many days you have come. I know this is hard, because you feel good about yourself after a certain streak. But the main enemy lies in your head, this negative, toxic voice. Please, for your sake, look up mindfulnes meditation and give it a try. It has helped me tremendously to calm down my inner voice. As a result I have a much brighter outlook on life and a much easier time to stay through the day, because I realised that I am not special, my problems are beatable, and I can do whatever the fuck I want. I found the Headspace app very helpful. Good luck!

Had to start over after 2 days. That's ok. Two days is better than 1. Here's to 3. I know I can do 30. I've done 24 before. Just need to get back in that mindset.

I can be transformed by the power of God.

Day 14 of 30. I overcame it when I was in bad mood. I can do better and become the best version of myself!
