We all need to get rid of this parasite/entity. Some are doing an excellent job already. It is the sickness that wants to keep us powerless and glued to it as if it is our living force, when in fact we are its provider. A very twisted joke it did on us. Something considered a pure release and a pastime has so much dark energy to it. @FrenchOliver - one of those dudes just might start noticing what's eating his time, his emotions, his power of will, and after the years pass him by, he might end up here, looking for answers and joining for help and treatment.

 

Oh m8. I have spoken about it with my friends, co-workers, even random strangers on the internet. Every single one of them come up with strong arguments to keep watching porn and masturbating. I would feel so alone in this if not nofap community. Ha! I even once asked a doctor about it and he said its okay in moderation. WTF PEOPLE WAKE UP.
