[PIED] having a semi-boner while watching a woman = relapse ?

It is a normal reaction. Humans are sexual beings. A relapse is if you voluntarily do the thing you’re swearing off (porn only, porn and jerking, etc)

Yeah, no way you can treat every single sexual thought or response as a relapse. It’s only a relapse if you actively indulge your temptation to give in to addictive behaviour. Just view it as a sign that you’re on the right track.

 

Seems like a good sign to me.

 

Talked about this subject just today with my therapist. I was asking him why I seem to be noticing women's beauty a lot more instead of less now that I'm off porn. We stated it's normal to notice a woman's beauty. What you do with the thought afterwards is the important thing. Also my thoughts haven't been straight to having sex with the women I see. That's a huge improvement!

That's a great sign after 11 months hard mode from I have gotten semi boners when talking to women or anything like that yet. But now I'm almost getting raging wood in morning hours and now when I'm talking to our near a women I can just sense how my body and penis start tingling when I'm around attractive women that's an amazing sign for me it won't happen all over night but that's something I haven't felt in almost 4 yrs
