    Hi everyone,

I really, despeaterly need help to stop viewinh porn (even images of nudity). I am a young female and have been watching porn for 12 years (which is a very long time for me) watching since age 9. The thing is it has got to the point where literally everything has desensitised me to the point I watch the most messed up porn videos and it's extremely depressing me. I am even having problems in the bedroom department and cannot even orgasm with my partner plus orgasms with myself are very unsatisfying. What is the best way to stop watching porn? I know gym and all that may help but tbh when I used to workout I was even more horny. Thanks for all responses :)

Rub chili-powder on your hands and if you touch yourself... learning by pain.
And buy a chastity belt, only your partner has the key.

Seriously now: Delete all porn from your computer or at least lock it away so that it´s a mess to access it. And I would try porn blocking software, helped me a lot. Multiple blockers (for example K9, Kaspersky, tinywebfilter etc) so that it´s a mess to bypass them and long random passwords. You can also use forbidden keywords, to filter triggering images.

So it´s relatively easy to get the computer free of porn, the real challenge is not to give in to the fantasies / memories from porn. This is where I am fighting at the moment, only thinking about something arousing can make me jizz in my pants without touching myself.
Try to find out what can make these thoughts go away. For some people showers help, others do meditation, go for a walk, do some work etc.

    Destroy your stash
Make it harder to access it (there are many ways to do this)
Fill the time with something that you love to do that’s healthy.
Keep coming here. Read. Learn. Journal.

  5. Therapy helps. Understand why you PMO. Get an accountability partner. Read. Have a plan to deal with urges.

Throw out all triggering material, delete all triggering content off social media. Throw away any sex toys, whatever you have to do. It's only going to get worse if you don't stop... My GF had the same issue when she was addicted to PMO.

The fact you have reilised you have a problem is a start! you have a similar story to me in the fact you were exposed to it young, you need to stay focused and really want to change because after so many years it just becomes ruteen, try arrange your spare time better find some hobbies maybe sell your laptop and get a basic phone that has no internet access, don't be afraid of failing at the start because it will take time but say this time in a year I want to have cut down by 3/4 of what you do now, believe in yourself because if Donald trump can be voted in president of the USA then you can change your life to make yourself happier ;)
