Obviously I'm no expert, just based on my own practical experiences through my journey with nofap for over a year. It's called the chaser effect if you have sex shortly after viewing porn. I've experienced that myself, relapse, have sex and this in turn makes it harder to stay away from porn. I'd suggest setting a goal, something you think you can realistically manage, no porn, no masturbutaion, no sex. A total detox, rebalance
