Spinal cord injury induced or porn induced?

It's been approx 70 days since the last time I masturbated.
I used to do it ca. 5-7 times a week since I was 12.

4 years ago I experienced a severe spinal cord(SC) injury and the first time i had sex was after the injury(3.5 years ago): I discovered to have moderate erectile dysfunction and almost no penile sensitivity. I started googling and found this porn induced erectile dysfunction(PIED) thing and decided to delete all porn and sustain from watching it or maturbating.

My boner became strong and everlasting after approx one month of NoFap, though my penile sensation remains low and i haven't manage to reach an orgasm yet, so i'm PMO the hard mode even though i want to orgasm during sex
