6/30: Day 6 I'm finding today to be extremely tough to keep thoughts and hands from wandering. been Instagramming for a while and realized its the same as watching P and gives the similar effect as chasing. as Gonna try my best to keep off it.

Day 4 done, I'm fine, the urge is starting, but I could handle it.

Tonight I have a date, so could be a temptation, could be fun.

I will recommend you guys to use some physical indicatos as day counter. Actually I'm using

 

One day, one papper clip. It is really motivating.
