Thank you bro ! I'm definitely doing it for at least a month ! I went running yesterday, today I did some gym exercises, and I'm willing to learn another language to keep myself busy. Sometimes texting a pretty girl makes me horny but I didn't fap so that's good !

To be honest I didn't find it that hard. I've understood that a 20years+ life of porn and fapping addiction has been so toxic on every aspects of my life, that it became clear that I no longer want to spend a single second on this shit.

I want a brand new life made of achievements and spirituality, not of orgasms on pixels.

I have so much better esteem for myself and will want to keep on that track

Here we go for the 60days challenge. But more than days it's a life challenge.
