Day 49. Rough day. Been feeling sick. Body ached and a cough. I am really disappointed because I had planned on starting an exercise regimen today. It bums me out because it feels like I am putting it off. But I suppose I need to be sure I am healthy before exercising.

In the morning when i was sleeping somewhere between consciousness and unconsciousness while i was dreeming i was about to ejaculate but just when when it was realising i managed to jump out of bed and got pain in my belly afterward. Is it a relapse? I don't think so
