55/90 Last night I have erotic dream but no wet dream.

 

Day 52. The struggle continues. At this point I am struggling much less with urges and much more with the guilt. I am trying to figure out what to do now. I wish there was an easy way for my SO to understand how sorry I am but I suppose it will just take time.( a lot of it)

Its day 8/90 everything looks fine. But urges increases and I have controlled them. And after that I feel confident of myself

Day 5 (Season II):
Learned a lot in the past few days.

I now come to the conclusion, that the best thing I can do, is to totally accept myself with all my failures, to act with honesty and with true self-respect towards others.

I the past I felt guilty and not good enough, but now I realize, that you can't get successful by complaining and whining. You need to feel great, feel successful, think positively and if you're in that state, success will grow it's roots way easier.
