Day 2: Kept myself busy with work and stuff. It's going smoothly so far.

Day 4/30 Done. Struggled alot this evening. 1 hour reading nodap and I have pushed through the urges to release. Day 5, going to own that. Keep pushing guys. Nothing worth while is easy.

In the morning I was cutting hair,, chilled with friends in the evenings i went for stations of the cross, at night played fifa 18, going to bed now .

 

Feels like the billionth attempt, but imana try it 0/30

 

Day 14; two weeks! Focusing it all on one day at a time, slept well last night but getting to sleep was another story. Ended up having to do breathing exercises to focus my mind and lower my erection
