Like many of you I have been addicted to porn for years, but for many years I have also MO’d (masturbate, orgasm) to music videos of certain female musicians. It’s no secret that the enternatiment industry is highly over sexualised and its had an impact on me ever since I turned 13 years old, (Im 21 now).

I won’t say any names in case it may trigger somebody reading this but there is one particular female rapper who I have been masturbating too for many years now and I’ve just found out she is working on a new album, which means more provocative music videos for her new songs, and I’m very afraid I won’t be able to control myself and end up relapsing again once she releases them.

Due to masturbating over this particular rap star for years it’s almost developed into a fetish for her. And now even if I watch an interview or see a picture of her it makes me want to MO either over one of her music videos or actual porn.

I’m curious, has anybody else ever MO’d to music videos? And if so did it develop into a fetish for that artist or band?
Also what ways or methods can I implement to reduce the chances of me MOing to her when she releases new material? She’s a huge rap star and has a massive impact in pop culture so it’s going to be very difficult for me to avoid her, especially when I’m a huge fan of hip hop music in general so I usually keep up with the latest news stories going on within that genre and community.

  2. I've done the exact same thing... Don't fear about being alone on that one, I'm sure many have on here!

Plus when you say female rapper it's probably the same person LOL.

As you say they totally over sexualize these videos and it's not "weird" to be attracted to them. Heck some of them are pretty much full blown pornos, how they get on TV I'll never know...

It's best not to try & avoid her - otherwise your mind will be so occupied about avoiding her you'll end up thinking of her more. It's a better idea to understand what's happening, and when you see her take a step back. If you like her so much, then think "damn I could actually stand a chance finding a girl like you if I wasn't wasting my time here fapping over you"...

Be the man that could get a girl like the girl you want! ;)

Yes that’s very true, if I try to avoid her then I’ll be thinking about it more, but the only problem is whenever I do see any interview or image of her I don’t just think about her I think about porn in general and that leads me to relapsing.

But thanks for not making me feel weird haha it’s good to know I’m not the only one

  4. It sounds like you have built up an "association" with her and then porn. It's like if you walked into an office & seen a gym bag on the floor, you would associate it with somebody going to the gym...

A good technique to stop this is to put an elastic band on your wrist. Each time you seen her, pull the elastic band and let it flick against your wrist to cause a little bit of pain... Subconsciously over time your mind will begin to associate her with the pain rather than porn (providing you abstain) and in the long-term you will hopefully be able to break free of it all.

That’s a pretty clever idea although I don’t want to turn to inflicting self pain on myself because I’ve had some problems in the past with that with some more serious injuries due to my depression and suicidal thoughts, I just don’t want to take a path that will lead me down that road again.

  6. No sweat bro! And yeah, there's actually an addiction device out there that you strap on your wrist and it gives you a little electric shock to achieve the same thing. Obviously nothing insane just an uncomfortable buzz. But I feel ya buddy, avoid that method then lol.
