Having some urges today.. but I'm holding on.

Started off the morning with getting up early, taking an ice cold shower and meditating. Felt really good and I'm gonna try and make it my morning routine. Today I didn't do too much but I didn't have any urges. My mood was okay.

Relapsed, so back at the beginning again. Day 0.

 

70/365 days, 104 days of no PMO in total. I've been on this challenge for over 2 months by now and Im glad to see some of the same names every week when I log in (I usually only log in on sundays). I hope there will be more and more long term members that I can look forward to seeing each week. You guys are an inspiration to me =)
