    Hello guys! Been addicted for about 10 years and today is the day when i said NOPE, I'm enough of this s##t. Hope this is going to fix my life and my personality. I'm with you brothers!
    P.S I need help and advices, if someone could help me it would be awesome! :)

    Hey Welcome. Joining is a big step. Life style changes, you gotta make some. Start with something small, cold shower, take up a new sport, meditate, you have to find something which replaces porn, find something that suits you, that sport you have always wanted to do.
