Trekking, eh? Is that like hiking?

I enjoy hiking, I just don't have much opportunity to do it where I live. But I like going on long walks.

I was thinking of getting into a martial art. Jiujitsu, maybe?

day 6. tried to test myself by looking at simple bikini ads - no trigger, but it showed me again how easy things can come back even with blocking settings. I will stay cautious and celebrate the starting of spring as well as that the days are longer now than the nights...

There were urges towards the end of the day, given that I was tired - usually when I relapse. But nah. I'm winning this time, once and for all.

 

25 Days and yes i am driving along the road with the maximum legal speed.
