[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

So I’m back at day 1 starting tomorrow, I had sex with this girl I wasn’t attracted to in any sense and in the morning when she left I had a wank, not too porn but still felt so much better then having sex with someone I don’t share any connection with. That hurt my soul a bit, not the relapse but having intercourse with some one I don’t any kind of connection with.

In the morning I was at school,in the afternoons I wacthed some soccer news and in the evenings i played soccer, at night i was studing. I will recite the rosary and go to bed now.

It's so terrible and mess after relapse.
I want to save more energy to my family & work. Sometimes when you stay alone, it's easy to click P page.
Self-control and try to think the wonderful future for us.
It's really so sad after broken my PMO rule.

 

I would gladly take a wet dream over a relapse. Its alright just try and workout before you hit the bed a few sets of push-ups.

Day 27.

 

Day 15 just passed.
I am sorrounded by gorgeous women. More than this, a friend just sent me a funny video clip with a beautiful girl naked, masturbating. It was so difficult to see only the funny things in that clip.
I will not reset, because I don't consider that I relapsed, only by watching a funny clip, eventhough it was porn. It wasn't my intention and I didn't go, by intention, to see porn.
But now is hard. I have the image of that girl in my head and, as I said, I have many beatiful women near me know.
If needed, I will use the Panic Button.
Hope it will not be necessary.
