Today i will not use porn because the porn industry is one of the most fake entertainment industries.

My father had an affair, parents divorced when I was around 7 and I grew up with my single mom. Then he cheated on his next girlfriend. And so on. I am not like my father and this mantra helps to kill any urge I may have, simply thinking it snaps me back to reality and kills any urge to look at anything bad.

 

Today I will not PMO because my soul asks to me to get to higher quality of my life. If I will PMO again - quality of my life will be very low. So I will not PMO.
