Today I will not use porn because ....... i woke with morning wood, and its re-embolded me that this is working...no more relapses

 

Today I will not use porn because:

I couldn't sleep tonight cause i was only thinking about porn and fapping. i succeeded to abstain and although i'm not happy cause of the lack of sleep, i'm damn proud i'm still sober! Heuj

 

I will not PMO today because I like my life without it, and I like community of nofap.com, which is always supports me. So to be a good example for the others, I will move on and not give up.
