10 Days. Surprisingly, today was much easier than yesterday. Guys, hold on. It's getting easier!

Day 5!

Battled some serious urges today. A racy article on a side bar sent me spinning. A good comic from the emergency button helped me out. An addict describing the brain screaming for 'oxygen' while drowning; the comic ended with him saying "you need to teach the brain to breath water."

Cheers everyone, reach out when it gets hard. We need to get these thoughts out in the light where they cannot breath and grow. I believe in you!

Not bad today. I don’t even know what day it is for me. I stayed late at school and got home late. My parents left to Palm Springs so I’m by myself. I need to find ways to keep busy.
