Day 9

I am having some urges, but I'm not gonna control my mind. I'm the master of my mind.

 

This is truely a day 0 for me. Yesterday I completed the 14 day challenge and my streak without porn was 23 days. However today I gave in a relapse. I had been fighting urges for the past couple of days. Today wasn’t the best day, and the opportunity presented itself. Didn’t help that I was under the influence as well. I messed up and I felt like crap. Then for the first time after a relapse and toke a deep breath and was ready for the next challenge. This addication is going to be tough to kick but I’ve already taken the first step in acheaving that dream. Getting passed 23 days is the next step!

 

Its day 2....finally 2nd day without pmo...hope i just keep it up......

This is day seven for me. I was away from home a few days and everything went well. The hard part is now that I'm back.
