  2. Im new to here. I think the best to do is cold turkey quit everything and forget about it (neglect) completely. Its difficult but the reward is happiness. We should never watch or let a thought about watching to come to our mind. When it comes start doing something else or start running or anything that will make you forget.

    What is most disturbing to me is, just two weeks ago, I had no issues with any of this. Two weeks later, and I'm getting half, sporadic erections.

    I think it is also very important to fill up your time with other productive good habits. Not spend the entire time playing video games or on Instagram/Facebook/whatever. Instead look for other activities. Working out, hobbies, social interactions... You know, stuff like that. If you are in depression it is, I believe, going to slow down progress. So maintaining a healthy brain by staying out of depression, by sticking to healthy, productive habits will make a difference.
