Day 3 since ive been doing this nofap ive been remembering more dreams i think its because ive been sleeping more early since ive been getting things done in the day.

 

Day 55. I'm getting excited about day 90. Not only to have completed the challenge but to have a new outlook on my relationship with my wife. Things are looking up!
