Hello guys, So I have started the Hard mode of Nofap(No PMO) and this is my day 2. I started yesterday At 15.00 pm , promising myself never to watch pornography again. I am a 16 year old Indian boy and I started watching pornography from 14th year. And now I am quitting it for 90 days!!
