90 Days - done! Alhamdolillah!

    I did it guys! 90 days! I've been trying to quit for maybe 7 to 9 years, never really succeeded (best previous record was 55 days maybe an year or two ago). Until today! Now just completed 90 days. Never give up!

    I will share my thoughts on my progress! But just want to celebrate and show you guys that it is doable! And it feels great! Not just the journey but the whole progress!

    Ask me anything! I will try my best to answer!

    One of the biggest change this time is I kept track of my progress (failures/successes) in a journal. I'm not talking about streak. I mean progress.

    There are other things beyond this.
