I feel like there are a lot of things I will learn on NoFap, after watching a video from a guy how did it for over 4 years.
I belive that I become even more aware and in control of myself and thus control myself around other people.
I also belive that my attractiveness to girls will increase, first cause of the energy level, second cause I don't need anything from others, third cause I am more risk taking with girls and care less about rejection thus become more of a man.

The benefits are just to obvious to ever give up NoFap!
