Involuntary erections during reboot/flatline

    How can I control involuntary erections while in reboot/flatline or should I not bother about them (because I heard they are a healthy sign while you are rebooting)?

    Apparently a bit of light exercise, particularly using your legs, redirects the blood flow away from your penis. If you are out in public, just pretend you're running to catch the bus or something.
