I am already out of these symptoms. They lasted eighteen months after I quit. It's been three years since I recovered.

Brain fog, hard to concentrate. It's hard to explain how it feels like.. :/

  3. Dang based off your numbers I’m looking for at least two years withdrawals... I did heavy pmo like you for like 2 years then before that I was doing pmo 2-3 times a day for a few years... but I’ve been attempting reboot for 3 years, made 2 months once, a few month here and there, mostly weeks
Things have gotten better, I hope and I don’t hope I have long to go left, because it still kinda sucks atm but if I still have a lot to recover and actually recover, then I think things might be okay but like I said previously, looking at minimum two years....

So, do we not orgasm for 2 years or what???!!!???!? HELP ME CLARIFY

it's best you go hard mode. Withdrawal usually last for many months to two years. In rare cases, three to few years.

Sex is not a relapse. Go ahead, just don't overdo sex :)

I think that hardmode is the fastest way to get cured/healed. I think you can have sex during the reboot, it's just going to take a little bit longer to get cured. (I have sex 3-4 times / month during the reboot)

  7. Sex is not a problem and will speed up your recovery. It has definitely helped with my weak erections/pied.

sorry, this is my final questions. I would very much love your response. Do you have a history of mental health problems in your family or did you battle with one? Did you have any of these symptoms before pmo or they came as your use progressed? Did you eat healthy or work night shifts?

Sorry if I am embarrassing but this are my last set of questions.

No history of mental health problems. PMO caused my problems. I have always eating healthy and I don't work night shifts

  12. It's a feeling of total anhedonia. I feel I have had this symptom for years.

  13. Has It gone for you? Or gotten better?

  14. It still persists. Funny thing is I have had these glimpses temporarily of it going for a short while only for it to return. I can definitely for the most part say that my memory and focus is getting a little bit better & my erections are improving from absolute PIED. I expect up to two years and maybe more for a full reboot. Started watching porn around 12-14 can't really remember it got serious at 16-19 like three times a day pmo'ing. Then from the age of 19-20 I started nofap now looking back I think I was in a withdrawal at that point anyway, but I wasn't clued up about PAWS back then so never knew the consequences. Ever since I have been in a void of withdrawal, 25 in July.

Im still suffering from paws or it could be my major depression/clinical depression (im diagnosed with it) its hard to tell though because they have SIMILAR symptoms.Drugs/alcohol can have the SAME withdrawl symptoms as well, except theres others like getting the shakes from alcohol withdrawl. I know its not drugs/alcohol because ive been clean for over two years. Paws happen for awhile (18-23+ months) but everyones different, some heal faster than others, etc. Hold on man, its gonna have to be a dedicated LONG ride!

I started NoFap because of Anhedonia. NoFap is curing me from it, it just take time.

Holy shit, word for word all 10 of those are exactly what ive been dealing with. At the same time, hearing 18 months just kinda broke me inside. You only used porn for 9 months and took 18 to get clean? What does that mean for someone who used for over 6 years and has had no other types of sexual experience in life? PMO is all ive known

  19. You have to consider how long each day too. He was doing a lot each day. If you did 15 minutes a day compared to a guy that does 5 hours a day, he is 20x more damaged than you, idk if that is exactly right but you get my point. If you do 6 years for an hour a day, I’d say you could expect as much
